AI is changing both how we develop products and the products we can build. I help companies identify opportunities, validate use cases and turn AI into solutions that create value for customers and the business. AI is applied across faster Product Discovery, AI-assisted software development, and as the products and features themselves.
Portfolio Management, Prioritisation & OKRs
Are we working on the most important things? Too many initiatives and too little focus slow down innovation. I help leadership teams align strategy, investments and execution, ensuring product teams focus on the work that creates the greatest value for customers and the business. OKRs are used as a framework for focus, learning and prioritisation.
About me
For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of technology, product development and business – from product leadership at the SaaS company Komfo to leading an international organisation of more than 100 people as part of DFDS' digital transformation.I believe in close collaboration rather than quick recommendations. That is why I work closely with leadership, product teams and customers to turn strategy, customer insights and new opportunities into lasting solutions.
